Really, I do.
I loved watching my two best men playing in the water together.

All the kids got lots of loving from their grandparents, but Laura was the only one still long enough for pictures.

Jackson absolutely loved the beach. He didn't go too far out in the water but that didn't stop him from having fun. He wore himself out playing in the sand and splashing in the edge of the ocean. Handsome little man.

He figured out how to ride the waves in to the shore and enjoyed hours of "body surfing" from about 5 feet out.

Addi's favorite thing was snorkeling in the shallows. Jeff and I did take her out to the reef one day (she rode out on Jeff's back) to see the pretty fish. She would stick her face in for about 2 seconds to see the fish and then climb right back up on Jeff's back. She was a little anxious about being so far out, but enjoyed seeing some of the bright colored fish. It didn't help that she knew Jeff and I saw a shark while out snorkeling the day before. It was a little nurse shark, but she didn't know the difference.

Laura is a water baby and LOVED being dipped in the ocean. She's one lucky girl that her first swim was on 7 mile beach at Grand Cayman...doesn't get much better than that.

There were lots of lizards on the island and the kids went nuts trying to catch them. Luckily, they never caught one but they were pretty excited to see this big guy sunning himself one afternoon.

We spent one afternoon at the turtle farm where they raise sea turtles for breeding and release. It was awesome to see the huge turtles and tiny babies. We even got to hold some teenagers...

Jackson really loved the turtles.

We had a lobster dinner on our last night there. We walked to the market where the kids picked out the biggest, most feisty lobsters.

Then we all watched the guy prep our lobsters...

...before we chowed down back at the condo.

This was our view from the condo. Heavenly...

I don't know why we needed a pool when we had such a gorgeous beach to enjoy, but the kids LOVED swimming every day. It was actually quite nice to go from beach to shower to pool to try and get all the sand off.

And this was our view each evening from the beach.

Such a beautiful and wonderful vacation. Thank you John and Susie!!
