"Do you want to go lay down in your bed?"
"No."
"Do you want mommy to hold you?"
"No."
"Do you want to lay right there on the floor?"
"Ass."
No, he wasn't calling me names, that's how he says 'yes.'
In the meantime, Addi took advantage of my distraction to get into the cookies. Again. She tried to be sneaky about it but we laughed when she came back into the living room.
"What have you been up to, Addi?"
"Nothing, I've just been playing a little bit."
"Really? Did you eat some cookies?"
"No."
"Ad-dis-on..."
"No, really I haven't had ANY cookies."
"Addi, we can tell you've been eating cookies. Go look in the mirror."

Since Addison has learned that you can tell what she has done by the evidence on her face, I imagine she will begin to wipe her face before seeing you or Jeff.
She strikes me as a "quick learner". But you have to admit: she's sure is a cutie and lots of fun!
Hope sweet Jackson gets to feeling better soon!!
You obviously have passed on your chocolate addiction to Addison, poor child she just cannot help herself! Please start making peanut butter or something non addictive so she can stop sneaking around and lying about it.
Hope Jacko is better!
